Warhammer French Social Media Anniversary Prize Draw

1. The Promoter

  • 1.1 The Promoter is Games Workshop Limited of Willow Road, Lenton, Nottingham, NG7 2WS, UK, +44 (0)115 914 0000 (“GW”).

  • 1.2 Games Workshop Limited Australian Business Number: 27 207 794 257.

2. Eligibility

  • 2.1 You must be 18 years of age or older to enter the competition.

  • 2.2 The competition is open to residents of France only. This competition is void where prohibited by law. 

  • 2.3 Entries from trade accounts or employees of any of the Games Workshop group of companies, their families, agents or any other person connected with the administration of the competition will not be considered.

3. The Competition

  • 3.1 NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PROMOTION.

  • 3.2 Entry is free and open to all those who meet GW’s eligibility requirements and who satisfy the requirements detailed below. 

  • 3.3 There will be five (5) winners. Each winner will receive one (1) Warhammer Age of Sigmar Spearhead OR one (1) Warhammer 40,000 Combat Patrol box set of their choice, chosen from those in stock on www.warhammer.com at the point of selection.

  • 3.4 For the purposes of these terms and conditions, any reference to “Social Media Channels” will mean Facebook or Instagram.

4. How to Enter

  • 4.1 There is one (1) route of entry into the prize draw. 

  • 4.2 To enter, follow the Warhammer France Social Media Channels on Facebook or Instagram and like the prize draw post by 28th May 2026.

  • 4.3 One entry only per person. An entrant may only enter through the entry route above. Entrants identified as having submitted multiple entries in contravention of these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.

  • 4.4 GW is not responsible for any technical difficulties rendering a person unable to enter the competition.

  • 4.5 Entrants must be resident in France.

5. The Prize Draw

  • 5.1 All entrants will be entered into one prize draw.  

  • 5.2 The prize draw will all take place at Games Workshop, Willow Road, Nottingham NG7 2WS at 10 a.m. (UK Time) on 29 th May 2026. The draw will be made by computerised random selection. The chance of winning depends upon the number of entrants per entry route. 

6. Prize Details

  • 6.1 There will be five (5) winners, each winner will receive one (1) prize, consisting of one (1) Warhammer Age of Sigmar Spearhead or Warhammer 40,000 Combat Patrol box set, chosen from those in stock on www.warhammer.com at the point of selection. The approximate retail value of the total prize pool is £525/€675. This value excludes delivery and sales tax, where applicable. 

  • 6.2 Prizes are not transferable or negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered. Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

  • 6.3 Entrants are responsible for any applicable taxes and compliance with tax laws in the area of receipt of the prize.

7. Notification

  • 7.1 The winners will be contacted within three (3) UK working days of their name being drawn. 

  • 7.2 Winners will be contacted by direct message on one of the platforms on which they are following the Warhammer Social Media Channels. 

  • 7.3 Winners must claim their prize by responding to GW’s message and must provide their delivery address. If any prize has not been claimed within one (1) month of GW’s message, then the prize will be forfeit and a redraw will be held for the remaining prize(s).

8. Redraw Process

  • 8.1 A redraw, if applicable, will take place at Games Workshop, Willow Road, Nottingham NG7 2WS at 10 a.m. (UK Time) on 4th June 2026. The redraw will be made by computerised random selection.

  • 8.2 The winner(s) of the redraw will be notified as stipulated under clauses 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3. The winner(s) of the redraw must claim their prize within one (1) month of GW’s message. If any remaining prizes have not been claimed by this date, then the opportunity to win these prizes will be lost and the prize draw will be finished.

9. Publication

  • 9.1 Entrants agree that GW can use their name and place of residence (in the format of initial-surname-state/region-country, e.g. J Bloggs from Normandy, France) for advertising and promotional purposes and for the purposes of fulfilling legal obligations. If you do not wish your name and/or place of residence to be published or made available, or you wish to reduce the amount of information published or made available, please inform GW at the time you submit your entry.

  • 9.2 Details of the winners will be published on the Social Media Channels once identified.

  • 9.3 Details of the winners of any redraw under clause 8, if applicable, will be published on  the Social Media Channels once identified.

10. General

  • 10.1 GW reserves the right to vary any of these Terms and Conditions without notice, to the extent permissible by applicable laws. In such event GW will make reasonable efforts to communicate any change with entrants.

  • 10.2 Subject to consumer rights in your territory, these rules are governed by the laws of England and any dispute relating to the promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Entry indicates acceptance of the rules as final and legally binding.

  • 10.3 This promotion is subject to applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

  • 10.4 If any provision or part-provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of this agreement.

  • 10.5 Where the Promotion involves a third party website, please check that website’s own terms and conditions and privacy notice. Promotions on social media are subject to the social media site’s rules. If an entrant breaks any applicable rules set by social media sites then that entrant’s entry into the Promotion will be void.

11. Meta

  • 11.1 In accordance with requirements of third party social media platforms, the entrants agree to fully release and hold harmless from liability the third party social media platform operators (including but not limited to META (Facebook),  and Instagram) in relation to this GW promotion.

  • 11.2 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta.

12. Data Protection

  • 12.1 Any personal data provided to us in connection with this competition will be held and processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice. We may also use that data for administration of, and communication in connection with, this competition. By submitting your personal information in connection with this competition you acknowledge the processing of your personal data as set out above and you confirm that the information is accurate and complete.
