The Ogor Mawtribes are not ones for small measures, and after their Big Summer Preview reveal and the subsequent Ogor Hunters, there’s still more to see. Introducing the cannon-wielding mercenary, Grell Firefist.

Grell is a widely travelled warrior who has killed almost everything that can be killed, and eaten most of it too. She’ll sell her services to just about anybody for the right price, and after witnessing her levelling entire regiments with volleys from her beloved cannon, Blastbelch, few commanders feel compelled to argue the cost.

She’s so enamoured with blackpowder, in fact, that even blowing off her own hand can’t dampen her enthusiasm for explosive mayhem. The cacophony created by her cannon fire is so distracting that enemy units can’t help but pay notice, giving Grell’s ogor comrades free rein to pull back for another crushing charge.

Your Shooting Phase
Thunderous Diversion
Ogors who have fought alongside Grell for any length of time learn to take advantage of the distraction caused by the blasting mayhem she wreaks to avoid more troublesome foes, freeing them up to pursue easier meat.
Declare: Pick a friendly OGOR MAWTRIBES unit that is in combat with an enemy unit that had any damage inflicted on it this turn by this unit’s shooting attacks to be the target.
Effect: The target can immediately use a RETREAT ability as if it were your movement phase and can still use CHARGE abilities later in the turn. No mortal damage is inflicted on the target by that RETREAT ability.
That’s if anything is left alive after a volley. Blastbelch is a fearsome weapon that can be packed with anything Grell can grab nearby, though its Ogor-made Ammunition is particularly devastating when focused on a single unlucky target.

Ranged Weapons | Rng | Atk | Hit | Wnd | Rnd | Dmg |
Blastbelch | 12" | D3+2 | 4+ | 2+ | 2 | 2 |
Any Shooting Phase
Ogor-made Ammunition
Anything that could even slightly be considered as ammunition is shoved into Grell’s pilfered cannon.
Declare: Pick a visible enemy unit within 6" of this unit to be the target.
Effect: For the rest of the phase:
• All of this unit’s shooting attacks must target that enemy unit.
• The Attacks characteristic of this unit’s Blastbelch is D6+2 instead of D3+2.
Grell Firefist will be coming out soon. If you’re hungry for more Ogor Mawtribes reveals make sure you come back next Monday, as we’ve got even “maw” to show you!
