1 The Promoter
1.1 The Promoter is Games Workshop Limited of Willow Road, Lenton, Nottingham, NG7 2WS, UK, +44 (0)115 914 0000 (“GW”).

2 Eligibility
2.1 You must be 18 years of age or older to enter the competition.
2.2 The competition is open to residents worldwide, excluding Italy, Japan, Russia, Belarus and China, the Australian territories of South Australia, Northern Territory and New South Wales and the US states of Rhode Island, New York and Florida. This competition is void where prohibited by law.
2.3 Entries from trade accounts or employees of any of the Games Workshop group of companies, their families, agents or any other person connected with the administration of the competition will not be considered.
3 The Competition
3.1 NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKE.
3.2 Entry open to all those who meet GW’s eligibility requirements and who satisfy the requirements detailed below. This promotion starts on 22nd June 2026.
3.3 There will be 40 winners in total. Each winner will receive a 1,000 point army for Warhammer 40,000 (11th edition) from the faction that wins the Deathmire Campaign (either Orks or Space Marines) chosen from the new miniatures released as part of 11th edition and available at the point of selecting the prize.
4 How to Enter
4.1 There is one route of entry into the prize draw.
Entry route
4.1.1 Have a free My Warhammer account (https://mywarhammer.com/), play three games of Warhammer 40,000 (11 th edition), one each calendar week during the three week promotion period between 00:00 (UK time) on 22nd June 2026 and 23:59 (UK time) on 12th July 2026 (“Entry Period”) and submit the results through Warhammer40000.com. Entrants must submit one result per calendar week for all three weeks of the Entry Period. To enter, first entry must be completed and processed by 23:59 (UK time) 28th June 2026, second entry by 23:59 (UK time) 5th July 2026 and third entry by 23:59 (UK time) 12th July. Battles are not limited to Orks and Space Marines and may be fought using any Warhammer 40,000 army.
4.2 All competition correspondence will be sent to the email address linked to your My Warhammer account.
4.3 One entry only per person. Entrants identified as having submitted multiple entries in contravention of these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
4.4 GW is not responsible for any technical difficulties rendering a person unable to enter the competition.
4.5 If a name is drawn which belongs to a resident of Canada or Belgium, they must correctly answer a skill-testing question in order to win a prize, in accordance with Canadian and Belgian laws.
5 The Prize Draw
5.1 All entrants will be entered into a prize draw where 40 winners will be drawn.
5.2 The prize draw will take place at Games Workshop, Willow Road, Nottingham NG7 2WS at 10 a.m. (UK time) on 13 July 2026. The draw will be made by computerised random selection. The chance of winning depends upon the number of entrants.
6 Prize Details
6.1 Each of the 40 winners will receive a prize of a 1,000 point army for Warhammer 40,000 (11th edition) from the faction that wins the Death Mire Campaign (either Orks or Space Marines) chosen from the new miniatures released as part of 11th edition and available at the point of selecting the prize. The products to be released have not been confirmed so the following values are approximations of maximum values, actual values may differ. The approximate maximum retail value of the total prize pool is:
If it is a Space Marine Victory: GBP £17,900.00, EUR €23,200.00, USD $29,000.00, AUD $47,300.00
If it is an Orks Victory: GBP £21,500.00, EUR €27,700.00, USD $35,400.00, AUD $53,200.00
These values exclude delivery and sales tax, where applicable.
6.2 Prizes are not transferable or negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered. Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
6.3 Entrants are responsible for any applicable taxes and compliance with tax laws in the area of receipt the prize.
6.4 Prize list may vary due to circumstances outside our control. If any change is made we will seek to replace a prize with another of similar type and equal value.
6.5 All the results of games played and logged will be tallied and the faction with the most wins will have a special early reveal of upcoming new releases.
7 Notification
7.1 The winners will be contacted within three (3) UK working days of their name being drawn.
7.2 Winners will be contacted by email via the email address linked to their My Warhammer account.
7.3 Winners must claim their prize by responding to GW’s email and must provide their delivery address. Prizes will be dispatched along with normal pre-orders of the product via GW’s standard shipping processes once claimed. There is no shipping charge for the winners, but winners will be responsible for any customs charges if applicable. If any prize has not been claimed within one (1) month of the initial winner notification from GW, then a redraw will be held for the remaining prize(s).
8 Redraw Process
8.1 A redraw, if applicable, will take place at Games Workshop, Willow Road, Nottingham NG7 2WS at 10 a.m. (GMT) on 17 th August 2026. The redraw will be made by computerised random selection.
8.2 The winner(s) of the redraw will be notified as stipulated under clauses 7.1 and 7.2. The winner(s) of the redraw must claim their prize within one (1) month of the initial winner notification from GW. If any remaining prizes have not been claimed by this date, then the opportunity to win these prizes will be lost and the prize draw will be finished.
9 Publication
9.1 Entrants agree that GW can use their name and place of residence (in the format of initial-surname-country, e.g. J Bloggs from Nottingham, England) for advertising and promotional purposes and for the purposes of fulfilling legal obligations. If you do not wish your name and/or place of residence to be published or made available, or you wish to reduce the amount of information published or made available, please inform GW at the time you are notified you are a winner. Please note some local authorities require that we disclose a list of the winners to them as a legal requirement for running this sweepstake.
9.2 Details of the winners will be published on https://www.warhammer-community.com.
9.3 Details of the winners of any redraw under clause 8, if applicable, will be published on https://www.warhammer-community.com.
10 General
10.1 GW reserves the right to vary any of these Terms and Conditions without notice, to the extent permissible by applicable laws. In such event GW will make reasonable efforts to communicate any change with entrants.
10.2 These rules are governed by the laws of England and any dispute relating to the promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Entry indicates acceptance of the rules as final and legally binding.
10.3 This sweepstakes is subject to applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
10.4 If any provision or part-provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of this agreement.
11 Data Protection
11.1 Any personal data provided to us in connection with this competition will be held and processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice. We may also use that data for administration of, and communication in connection with, this competition. By submitting your personal information in connection with this competition you acknowledge the processing of your personal data as set out above and you confirm that the information is accurate and complete.
12 Customer Disclosure - US
12.1 No Purchase of any kind is necessary to enter or win this sweepstakes. You have not yet won. Purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Prize: A 1,000 point army of Warhammer 40,000 miniatures as set out in clause 6.1 above, limitations apply. There are 40 prizes available in the sweepstake. (ARV) approximately $29,000 - $35,400 USD. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
