A new edition of Necromunda is on the way, featuring refreshed rules, and kicking off with a brand new core set.
Looks awesome, right? Let’s jump right in…
Core Set

The new boxed set includes two gangs – the Escher Blades of the Matriarch and the Goliath Forge Smelters – each made up of eight brand new plastic miniatures.
Both gangs lean into the themes of their respective houses – the Escher featuring feathers, pelts, bold hairstyles, and heels that could double as weapons, while the Goliaths are hulking fighters, clad in plate armour, and armed with re-purposed tools from the foundries.
The box includes sample gang rosters, which are balanced against each other, so you can begin your campaign to claim the underhive right away. Alternatively, you can add them to your existing gang and take advantage of their specialised wargear and equipment to give you the edge in your fights. You’ll also find everything you need to start playing – a double-sided playmat, dice, range ruler, templates, condition and status markers, and gang tactics and campaign cards.
There is a new Core Rulebook, which updates the game to be quicker, more streamlined, and more balanced. Campaigns have been tweaked to offer more flexibility to players, and dice rolls have been changed so each roll in the game matters.

The rulebook will be available both in the Core Set and separately.
The Core Set also comes with some Zone Mortalis: Ruined Factoria Pipes for your gangers to fight over.

These will be available in a stand-alone set where you can make even more narrative scatter terrain for your games. Hide behind an overseer pulpit, rush between a hyrillic crank and a promethium generator, or run across an auto-siphoning valve.
The Gang Tactics and Campaign Cards from the Core Set will also be available separately – easily keep track of your territory, generate scenarios, and deploy tactics to give your gang the edge in combat.

Gang Books

A new edition with new rules means we have the opportunity to give the gangs and vehicles a refresh too. With the new edition, the rules in older publications will be getting replaced.
These two new books will let you use your existing gangs straight away.
They feature lore, gang information, fighter and equipment profiles, and rules for Hired Guns, Brutes, Hangers-on, and Pets.
Underhive Crew
The new edition is a great time to get started with Necromunda, and a range of Underhive Crew boxes is an ideal way to start a new gang. They each come with a selection of fighters, including Leaders, Champions, Gangers, and Prospects, and have a weapons & upgrades frame, so you have more choice of equipment.
There will be a box each for House Escher, Goliath, Orlock, Van Saar, Cawdor, and Delaque.
We’ll have loads more detail on the new edition of Necromunda as we get closer to its release date. Now it’s time to leave the underhive and head back to our hub to catch up with the rest of today’s big reveals.
