Ruthless agents of discord have been spotted in your local Warhammer store – join us from 2 May 2026 to stake your claim on a Hernkyn Yaegir miniature.

When the Kin have discovered a new claim, it’s the Hernkyn Yaegirs who ensure that the discovery is seized and held. Ask your local staff how you can claim yours – the miniature may differ from the one pictured, and they are only available while stocks last.*
With a long coat, advanced armour, and bare skin, there are plenty of textures on which to try out new painting techniques. If you want to get that Trans-Hyperian Alliance look on the armour, check out our guide for painting vibrant orange.
If you are looking to try out a new colour scheme, then it’s a great time to take advantage of our Pick ’n’ Mix paints offer – choose any 10 paints, and you’ll get the most expensive one free. If you’re following along with our YouTube guide for vibrant orange, make sure your first four paints are Jokaero Orange, Troll Slayer Orange, Magmadroth Flame, and Ushabti Bone.

You can also grab a new collectable coin from 2 May 2026, and this one celebrates the return of the legendary Commissar Yarrick to Armageddon. These are only available while stocks last, so make sure you ask staff how you can get hold of one.

May is a big month for Armageddon as Wazdakka Gutsmek, Commissar Graves, and the Armageddon: The Return of Yarrick expansion all hit shelves. Staff are always on hand, whether you need help planning your Waaagh! or advice on painting your Astra Militarum.
On 9 May 2026, you’ll be able to pop into store to collect your rewards for taking part in the 1 Million Miniatures challenge. Did you complete your pledge and paint 25, 50, or even 100 miniatures? Don’t miss out on your gifts to celebrate!

Later in the month, it’s the Call to Arms Celebration Day. In January, we launched the Call to Arms initiative as a way of rewarding experienced hobbyists for introducing new people to Warhammer. On 20 May 2026, you can come in and claim your rewards.

That still gives you a few weeks to introduce your friends to Warhammer. Bring them to store, and they can choose their first miniature – either an Infernus Space Marine or a Stormcast Eternals Liberator – get a painting tutorial for their new model, and play an introductory game of Warhammer 40,000 or Warhammer Age of Sigmar.

They can also join the Battle Honours programme, which rewards them for diving into a series of fun activities based around the key areas of the Warhammer hobby – Collect, Build, Paint, Play, and Read.
Finally, we have something incredibly exciting happening in May – the first Warhammer store in Czechia is opening! Prague will be a flagship store and will open its doors for the first time on 16 May 2026. Check out their Facebook page right now, and drop in on the 16th for a whole host of opening day activities – it’s just a short walk from the Můstek metro station.
* One miniature per person. To claim your miniatures in Australia, Europe, New Zealand, and the UK, you will need to assemble them in-store. Our staff are there to help you do just that!
