At AdeptiCon, we got our first look at the new edition of Warhammer 40,000 and the first of a horde of new Orks. Now, meet the Boss Nob who’ll be ordering them around.
Boss Nobs lead mobs of Ork Boyz, so they need to be a good bit bigger, stronger, and flashier than their underlings. They rule over the Boyz with sheer brute strength and have access to eye-catching gear, such as kustom shootas, big choppas, and trophy racks.
Our lad here has clearly been giving the Space Marines from the Armageddon box a good kicking, as he’s got one of the classic MkVII helmets on his boss pole – perhaps from one of the brand new Intercessors that we showed off last week. He’s even got a little squig buddy* riding on his shoulder, who might not be as big as the one the Warboss has, but even squigs need to start somewhere.
