The Helsmiths of Hashut conquer Warhammer TV with a pair of shows

The Helsmiths of Hashut have wasted no time making their mark on the Mortal Realms, and if you’ve recently signed on with their Infernal Cohorts, you’ll want to put your peepers on two of this week’s Warhammer TV episodes – one a gripping Battle Report, the other a painting masterclass, and both paying proper tribute to the Father of Darkness.

But first, Scribes and Scriveners sits down for a healthy chat with prolific Black Library author, and expert on a certain well-meaning but misguided sorcerer, John French. Having written major novels from almost every corner of the worlds of Warhammer, John has some phenomenal insights about his writing process, the dramatic settings of the Horus Heresy and Siege of Terra, and how his style has evolved since he first picked up the author’s quill.

John’s recent work in the Mortal Realms following the Soulblight vampire Cado Ezechiar has been a particular standout. But if there’s one thing the Hollow King hates more than anything, it’s Chaos, so he should probably avoid our next two shows – the Helsmiths of Hashut have thoroughly taken over.

Citadel Colour Masterclass supplicate themselves before their daemonflame-wielding masters as Ed tackles the many different materials that make up a Helsmiths miniature.

If you’ve been looking for inspiration while gazing over your Zharrdron legion, whether it’s metallic tones for their armour or crystalline colours for the rugged gems that adorn their attire, this is the episode you’ll want to watch. You wouldn’t want to give their majestic hats anything but the best, would you?

Both of these episodes are out today as normal, but the Helsmiths of Hashut march to no drum but their own, and they’ve decreed that this week’s Battle Report – in which they take on the mighty Kragnos and his Sons of Behemat – will be released on Friday instead. Sorry, but if you want to argue with an angry wizard riding a giant metal bull, be our guest.

This is a real battle of the big guys, as the Helsmiths unleash their toughest daemonic constructs to contend with their titanic opponents. Ever wanted to see if Dominator Engines can slug it out with Mega-Gargants? We have.

Naturally, you’ll be on your way to watch today’s episodes straight away, and you’ll be signing in to your MyWarhammer account to do it, so wouldn’t you like to be entered into a massive giveaway for doing something you’re already planning to do? It’s really as easy as that – just log into your MyWarhammer account by the end of the 25th of November and you’ll have a shot at winning this ludicrous mountain of prizes.
