The Thousand Sons have twisted reality itself to enter the pre-order window this week, with a new Codex, Combat Patrol and Battleforce (which has robots in it). Exciting times to be woven into by the Changer of the Ways. In the Old World, the might of the Wood Elf Realms is revealed, while a couple of High Elf stragglers drift ashore alongside two unusually hefty frogs. Why does that one have a wizard’s staff in its mouth?

Codex: Thousand Sons
The Thousand Sons invade realspace in a kaleidoscopic explosion of magic, ranks of Rubric Marines puppeted by immensely powerful sorcerers. Codex: Thousand Sons provides all the incantations and apocrypha you’ll need to conduct arcane schemes with the mortal servants of Tzeentch and their daemonic allies. This 120-page book is full of background lore, miniatures galleries, and newly updated rules for the sons of Magnus, including five new detachments.
Codex: Thousand Sons (Collector’s Edition)
For those who ardently follow the teachings of Magnus, the Collector’s Edition of the Codex is one tome you simply must add to your dusty library of forbidden folios. The beautiful alternate-art cover is blessed with verdigris foil lettering and page edges plus a black ribbon bookmark to keep your place. It is available while stocks last.
Codex: Thousand Sons (Limited Edition)
Those who know the most puissant spells off by heart, and who hide a few extra eyes and a tentacle beneath their vermillion robes, will only be satiated with the Limited Edition of Codex: Thousand Sons, packaged in an incredible collector’s set with unique art and a whole vault worth of arcane artefacts. You’ll get a series of five art prints, six double-sided metal objective markers, a pack of 33 Stratagem cards, 39 Datasheet cards and a double-sided metal medallion fragment that combines with its sister pieces from the other Chaos Limited Edition sets – all protected by a special two-part slipcase covered in Chaos iconography.
This fantastic Limited Edition set is available only from Warhammer.com, and strictly while stocks last.
Warpflame Thrallband Battleforce
Powerful magics keep Sekhetar Robots hidden in plain sight across the galaxy, allowing them to ambush foes ahead of the main battlelines. Four of these ancient arcane constructs soften up foes of the Warpflame Thrallband Battleforce ahead of time. The rest of this force is led by three Exalted Sorcerers, who conduct five Scarab Occult Terminators and 10 Rubric Marines. It also contains a Chaos Space Marine Transfer Sheet with 364 transfers. This set is available while stocks last.
Combat Patrol: Thousand Sons
The Prism of Zadophon is a sorcerous coterie consisting of 10 Rubric Marines and 10 Tzaangor Enlightened led by the Daemon Prince Zadophon the Soul Eater, and his Tzaangor Shaman subordinate. They overwhelm their foes with warpflame rounds and wizardry, reaping a bounty of souls to empower their vicious leader, and their rules can be found in the Codex. This box also contains a Chaos Space Marine Transfer Sheet with 364 transfers.
Thousand Sons Datasheet Cards
Even the best sorcerers tire of flicking through grimoires, and many keep their heads in the game with magical flashcards. This set of 39 quick reference cards covers your primary army rule, datasheets and Combat Patrol rules, so you too can focus on the bigger picture. Just as planned.
Thousand Sons Dice
It is of endless annoyance to Tzeentch that Warhammer isn't played with nine-sided dice, but we have it on good authority he advocates for this set of 16 plastic dice, cast in pearlised blue with yellow ink pips and the symbol of the Thousand Sons on the six face.

Arcane Journal: Wood Elf Realms
The Asrai live in harmony with the forests of the Old World, protecting their verdant domains from trespassers with highly mobile armies that strike and melt away into the foliage before foes can react. Arcane Journal: Wood Elf Realms is a 48-page supplement containing new rules, background lore, and scenarios. It includes profiles for Orion, the King in the Woods, and Araloth, the Lord of Talsyn, plus an Army of Infamy for each: Orion’s Wild Hunt and the Host of Talsyn. Rules for Wood Elf Kindreds give your characters additional benefits, and the Lore of the Wilds and new magic items provide even more options for your most powerful scions. It is available in softback and digital epub editions.
Wood Elf Realms Battalion
When trespassers breach the borders of Athel Loren, the Wood Elves mobilise to drive them back, and the Wood Elf Realms Battalion provides a flexible core for every army. There are 32 Glade Guard with full command options which can also represent Deepwood Scouts, both units providing ranged support for your Wildwood Rangers or Eternal Guard – you can build 20 of either unit, or two units of 10 with full command groups. Then there’s a unit of 10 Wild Riders, which can be built as Sisters of the Thorn, or in units of five each with full command, to add speed and finesse. This box contains two new Wood Elf Realms Transfer Sheets, each featuring 186 decals.
Wood Elf Realms Reference Card Pack
These Wood Elf Realms Reference Cards are an invaluable resource that keeps all of your magic items, spells, rules for Forest Spites and more close at hand. Each pack contains 36 cards to be used alongside the army list found in the Forces of Fantasy book.
Wood Elf Realms Dice Set
Give your gaming accessories a touch of the wilds with this pack of 20 Wood Elf Realms dice, cast in swirled green plastic. You get 18 regular six-sided dice with the faction logo on the six, one artillery dice, and one scatter dice – all with white ink pips.
Orion, the King in the Woods
When Orion sounds his horn, the hunt is on and the fury of Kurnous flows through his subjects’ veins, propelling them into combat with unmatched vigour. The Consort-king of Athel Loren returns to the Old World in metal, flanked by a pair of Hounds of Orion, who ensure he never loses track of his prey.
Araloth, Lord of Talsyn
Araloth is the Lord of Talsyn, the Grove of Eternity, the largest of the realms within Athel Loren. As a champion of Queen Ariel, Talsyn defends this prosperous region with all his martial might, fighting at the front line while his companion Skaryn the Eye Thief soars above. This is a returning plastic kit.
Wood Elf Noble on Dragon
When the forest realms are threatened by terrible foes, the Glade Lords will petition the forest dragons for aid. These graceful, serpentine creatures are deeply attuned to the forest itself, and fight savagely to protect their homes. The Wood Elf Noble on Dragon is a returning metal kit with plastic wings, which comes with a set of six paper banners you can use to decorate your spear and banner pole.
Returning metal characters
Create your own cabal of commanders and mages to lead your forces with these returning metal kits, which include a set of three Wood Elf Nobles on foot, a set of four Wood Elf Mages on foot, and the Branchwraith, plus a selection of mounted characters: Wood Elf Nobles on an Elven Steed and Great Stag, a Noble on a Great Eagle, and a Wood Elf Mage on a Warhawk.
Returning plastic units
The Wood Elves rally to defend the forests from the Beastman threat. There’s a box of 32 Glade Guard – which can also represent Deepwood Scouts – with enough options to build two units of 16 with full commands. Then there are 20 Wildwood Rangers – alternatively built as Eternal Guard – who come with enough options for two units of 10 with full commands, including a Wood Elf Realms Transfer Sheet containing 186 decals.
Glade Riders exemplify swiftness, and the plastic kit contains 12 riders, with options to build two units of six with full commands. Even more skilled are the Wild Riders – which come in a unit of 10 – who can also be built as a unit of 10 Sisters of the Thorn, – who include a Wood Elf Realms Transfer Sheet containing 186 decals.
Returning metal units
The wild and unpredictable warriors known as Wardancers turn skill in dance into a graceful, frenzied combat style, and they are returning as a set of five warriors and a five-strong command troupe.
Waywatchers rove the woods in packs to pick off their foes, the most skilled of their number becoming solitary Waystalkers, individuals whose talent for stealth and ranged combat allow them to pick out foes from the whirling melee of battle.
In times of great need, the forest itself is roused to fight alongside the Wood Elves. From the skies come nimble Warhawk Riders, whose speed is only matched by the accuracy of their riders’ arrows. Treemen and Tree Kin tear invaders limb from limb, while the Wood Elf Beast Pack comprises a quartet of talented Beast Keepers and the wild animals that they herd into combat – three Deepwood Hounds, three Forest Cats, three Sylvan Boars and a Bear of Loren, in a set of miniatures returning from the dim mists of 1987!
High Elf Loremaster
Equally as skilled with the sword as they are with sorcery, High Elf Loremasters are warrior-scholars of unparalleled ability. Decades or centuries of training in both proficiencies has made them well suited to the battlefield, and they lead regiments of Swordmasters against their foes
Silver Helms
Recruited from families of noble blood, Silver Helms are young warriors who are willing to throw themselves into dangerous battles to learn the glory that awaits those who succeed. This kit contains 12 plastic Silver Helms, with enough options to make two units of six with full command, and a High Elf Realms Transfer sheet featuring 356 decals.
Arcane Frogs
It’s happened to us all, we’ve been in the middle of going about our business on the battlefield, and some joker with a Spell of Transmogrification turns us into a frog. Thankfully, from now on our temporary new amphibious form will be represented on the tabletop with one of this pair of resin Arcane Frogs.
These products are all available to pre-order right away on the usual two-week window.
