Saturday Pre-orders – Suit up for spectacular sieges in the Age of Darkness

Did everyone have a great Christmas? We certainly hope so, and if you’ve come out the other side raring to get back into the Warhammer groove, we’ve got some great pre-orders going up today. Namely, brand new Cataphractii Terminators and Breachers coming to Warhammer: The Horus Heresy, along with more Gaunt’s Ghosts hardbacks for your collection.

Also, in case you haven’t seen yet, there’s a selection of awesome Warhammer 40,000 terrain available on a Made to Order basis until Monday, 12th of January at 8:00am GMT – so don’t miss this chance to add some classics to your battlefield!

Siege Assault Battle Group*

When the Legiones Astartes needed to engage in bloody boarding actions or particularly brutal close-range engagements, they strapped on the heaviest armour and defensive tools at their disposal and marched fearlessly into the breach. Now these siege specialists are yours to command in the new Siege Assault Battle Group box, collecting brand new Cataphractii Terminator and Breacher Squad kits together with a deadly Leviathan Dreadnought.

This box contains:

  • 12 Cataphractii Terminators – buildable as one unit of six with combi-bolters and power fists, and another with volkite chargers and power mauls.

  • 10 Breacher Squad Space Marines – with options for a lascutter, graviton gun, and a breacher charge.

  • One Leviathan Siege Dreadnought – equipped with a siege claw and siege drill.

  • Three Legion infantry transfer sheets – each containing 618 transfers.

  • One Legion Dreadnought transfer sheet – containing 528 transfers.

The Siege Assault Battle Group box is available strictly while stocks last, and is your first chance to get hold of the new Terminators and Breachers. Both kits will be available as regular standalone releases at a later date.*

The four most recent volumes in the beloved Gaunt’s Ghosts series return with new hardback Print on Demand editions, so you can complete your collection of the Tanith First’s adventures to date in style. All four of these novels are available to pre-order from today until 8am GMT on Monday, 12th January. As with all Print on Demand books, production and delivery can take up to 120 days.

Blood Pact (Print on Demand)

The Tanith First have been pulled back from the front line and are enjoying some well-deserved rest – but that is about to end. An enemy prisoner – one of the deadly Blood Pact – wants to betray his masters, but he will only talk to Colonel-Commissar Ibram Gaunt. Can he be trusted, and what exactly does he know? Gaunt must discover the truth and avert a deadly threat to both his own life and to the Sabbat Worlds Crusade itself in Blood Pact by Dan Abnett.

Salvation’s Reach (Print on Demand)

The Ghosts have been away from the front line for too long. Listless and hungry for action, they are offered a mission that perfectly suits their talents – raiding Salvation's Reach, a remote and seemingly impenetrable stronghold concealing secrets that could change the course of the Sabbat Worlds campaign. But the proposed raid is so hazardous, it's regarded as a suicide mission, and the Tanith may have been in reserve for so long that they've lost their edge.

Haunted by spectres from the past and stalked by the Archenemy, Colonel-Commissar Gaunt and his Ghosts embark upon what could be their finest hour... or their final mission.

The Warmaster (Print on Demand)

After their desperate mission to Salvation's Reach, the Tanith First and Only race to the strategically vital forge world of Urdesh, besieged by the brutal armies of Anarch Sek, in Dan Abnett’s The Warmaster. However, there may be more at stake than just a planet. The Imperial forces have made an attempt to divide and conquer their enemy, but with Warmaster Macaroth himself commanding the Urdesh campaign, it is possible that the Archenemy’s assault has a different purpose – to decapitate the Imperial command structure with a single blow.

Has the Warmaster allowed himself to become an unwitting target? And can Gaunt's Ghosts possibly defend him against the assembled warriors and war machines of Chaos?

Anarch (Print on Demand)

The massed forces of the Imperial Crusade engage in a final bloody battle with the Chaos commander known as the Anarch and his elite warriors, the barbaric Sons of Sek. A victory for either side will decide more than just the fate of Urdesh… it will determine the outcome of the entire Sabbat Worlds Crusade.

Ibram Gaunt – now serving at the right hand of Warmaster Macaroth – finds himself at the very heart of the struggle. His Ghosts hold the vital key to ultimate success, but as the forces of the Imperium and Chaos square up for the final, massive confrontation, Gaunt discovers that the greatest threat of all may come from inside rather than out.
