Newsletter Prize draw Terms:
The Promoter
1.1 The Promoter is Games Workshop Limited of Willow Road, Lenton, Nottingham, NG7 2WS, UK, +44 (0)115 914 0000 (“GW”).
1.2 Games Workshop Limited Australian Business Number: 27 207 794 257.
Eligibility
2.1 You must be 18 years of age or older to enter the competition.
2.2 The competition is open to residents worldwide, excluding Italy, Russia, Belarus, Turkey, Taiwan, Albania, Serbia, China, the Australian territories of Northern Territory and South Australia, and the US states of Florida and New York. This competition is void where prohibited by law.
2.3 Entries from trade accounts or employees of any of the Games Workshop group of companies, their families, agents or any other person connected with the administration of the competition will not be considered.
The Competition
3.1 NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PRIZE DRAW.
3.2 Entry is free and open to all those who meet GW’s eligibility requirements and who satisfy the requirements detailed below.
3.3 Ten (10) winners will be drawn from the Prize draw. Each winner will receive one (1) Combat Patrol: Space Marines, one (1) Combat Patrol: Chaos Space Marines, one (1) Captain Titus & The Wardens Of Ultramar and one (1) Huron Blackheart & The Masters Of The Maelstrom. (see section 6 for details).
3.4 The entry period runs from 17:00 UK Time on 24th February 2026 to 23:59 UK Time on 10th March 2026.
How to Enter
4.1 There is one route of entry into this prize draw:
4.1.1 Have an active MyWarhammer account. Sign up for free at: https://mywarhammer.com/;
4.1.2 Sign in to your MyWarhammer account by 23:59 UK Time on 10th March 2026;
4.1.3 Be subscribed to GW’s email newsletter at www.warhammer.com by 23:59 UK Time on 10th March 2026; and
4.1.4 If you are an existing subscriber, actively opt in to the prize draw (an email invitation to opt in will be sent to your email address).
This newsletter will provide you with the latest news, promotions, hobby tips, new product releases, teases, competitions and more.
4.2 One entry only per person. An entrant may only enter through the entry route above. Entrants identified as having submitted multiple entries in contravention of these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
4.3 GW is not responsible for any technical difficulties rendering a person unable to enter the competition.
4.4 If a name is drawn which belongs to a resident of Canada or Belgium, they must correctly answer a skill-testing question in order to win a prize, in accordance with Canadian and Belgian laws.
The Prize Draw
5.1 All entrants will be entered into one prize draw.
5.2 The prize draw will all take place at Games Workshop, Willow Road, Nottingham NG7 2WS at 10 a.m. (UK Time) on 11th March 2026. The draw will be made by computerised random selection. The chance of winning depends upon the number of entrants.
Prize Details
6.1 There will be ten (10) winners, each winner will receive one (1) Combat Patrol: Space Marines, one (1) Combat Patrol: Chaos Space Marines, one (1) Captain Titus & The Wardens Of Ultramar and one (1) Huron Blackheart & The Masters Of The Maelstrom.
6.2 The approximate retail value of the prize pool is £3240/$5280USD/€4180/$8900 AUS. This value excludes delivery and sales tax, where applicable.
6.3 Items must be in stock on www.warhammer.com in order to be selected as a prize. If an item is not available, then winners may choose another Combat Patrol which is in stock to have instead.
6.4 Prizes are not transferable or negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered. Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
6.5 Entrants are responsible for any applicable taxes and compliance with tax laws in the area of receipt of the prize.
Notification
7.1 The winners will be contacted within three (3) UK working days of their name being drawn.
7.2 Winners who entered via the Entry Route will be contacted via the email address used to sign up to GW’s email newsletter. If we do not receive a response we may use any other contact information we have for you to notify you that you have won.
7.3 Winners must claim their prize by responding to GW’s email and must provide their delivery address. If any prize has not been claimed by the end of 23:59 (UK Time) 11 th April 2026 then a redraw will be held for the remaining prize(s).
7.4 Winners who do not respond to GW’s messages relating to claiming, delivery or other administration of the prize, within one (1) month of GW’s message, will forfeit the prize and a redraw will be held to select a new winner.
Redraw Process
8.1 A redraw, if applicable, will take place at Games Workshop, Willow Road, Nottingham NG7 2WS at 10 a.m. (UK Time) on 13th April 2026. The redraw will be made by computerised random selection.
8.2 The winner(s) of the redraw will be notified as stipulated under clauses 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3. The winner(s) of the redraw must claim their prize before 23:59 (UK Time) 13th May 2026. If any remaining prizes have not been claimed by this date, then the opportunity to win these prizes will be lost and the prize draw will be finished.
8.3 Winners who do not respond to GW’s messages relating to claiming, delivery or other administration of the prize, within one (1) month of GW’s message, will forfeit the prize and any opportunity to win these prizes will be lost and the prize draw will be finished.
Publication
9.1 Entrants agree that GW can use their name and place of residence (in the format of initial-surname-state/region-country, e.g. J Bloggs from Nottingham, England) for advertising and promotional purposes and for the purposes of fulfilling legal obligations. Some territories require that GW disclose the names of competition winners on request. If you do not wish your name and/or place of residence to be published or made available, or you wish to reduce the amount of information published or made available, please inform GW at the time you submit your entry.
9.2 Entrants from Australia will be displayed as last name, first initial and postcode (e.g. J Bloggs from NG7 2WS) in accordance with Australian law.
9.3 Clause 9.1 will not apply to entrants from Germany. Specific consent will be sought from entrants from Germany to display this information, and the information will only be displayed publicly where the express consent has been provided by the Entrant. When you submit your entry, you can choose to provide your express consent for GW to publish your information in line with clause 9.1.
9.4 Details of the winners will be published on https://www.warhammer-community.com once identified.
9.5 Details of the winners of any redraw under clause 8, if applicable, will be published on https://www.warhammer-community.com once identified.
General
10.1 GW reserves the right to vary any of these Terms and Conditions without notice, to the extent permissible by applicable laws. In such event GW will make reasonable efforts to communicate any change with entrants.
10.2 These rules are governed by the laws of England and any dispute relating to the promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Entry indicates acceptance of the rules as final and legally binding.
10.3 This Prize Draw is subject to applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
10.4 If any provision or part-provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of this agreement.
10.5 Where the Promotion involves a third party website, please check that website’s own terms and conditions and privacy notice.
Social Media Platforms
11.1 In accordance with requirements of third party social media platforms, the entrants agree to fully release and hold harmless from liability the third party social media platform operators (including but not limited to META (Facebook), X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram) in relation to this GW promotion.
11.2 Promotions on social media are subject to the social media site’s rules. If an entrant breaks any applicable rules set by social media sites then that entrant’s entry into the Promotion will be void.
11.3 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta or any other social media platform provider.
Data Protection
12.1 Any personal data provided to us in connection with this competition will be held and processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice. We may also use that data for administration of, and communication in connection with, this competition. By submitting your personal information in connection with this competition you acknowledge the processing of your personal data as set out above and you confirm that the information is accurate and complete.
Customer Disclosure – US
13.1 No Purchase of any kind is necessary to enter or win this Prize Draw. You have not yet won. Purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Grand Prize: one (1) Combat Patrol: Space Marines, one (1) Combat Patrol: Chaos Space Marines, one (1) Captain Titus & The Wardens Of Ultramar and one (1) Huron Blackheart & The Masters Of The Maelstrom (see section 6). There are 10 (ten) prizes available in the Prize Draw. Total prize pool (ARV)$ 5280 USD. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
