Prize Draw Terms:
1 The Promoter
1.1 The Promoter is Games Workshop Limited of Willow Road, Lenton, Nottingham, NG7 2WS, UK, +44 (0)115 914 0000 (“GW”).
1.2 Games Workshop Limited Australian Business Number: 51 060 811 538.
2 Eligibility
2.1 You must be 18 years of age or older to enter the prize draw.
2.2 The prize draw is open to residents worldwide, excluding the US states of New York and Florida; the Australian territories of New South Wales, Northern Territory and South Australia; Italy, Russia, Belarus, Turkey, Taiwan, Albania, Serbia and China. This competition is void where prohibited by law.
2.3 Entries from trade accounts or employees of any of the Games Workshop group of companies, their families, agents or any other person connected with the administration of the competition will not be considered.
3 The Competition
3.1 NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PRIZE DRAW.
3.2 Entry is free and open to all those who meet GW’s eligibility requirements and who satisfy the requirements detailed below.
3.3 Fifty-one (51) winners will be drawn from the prize draw. Fifty (50) winners will receive both miniatures voted as the Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer Age of Sigmar Miniature of the Year. One (1) winner will receive both Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer Age of Sigmar Miniatures of the Year plus a grand prize of a trip to Warhammer World (Nottingham, UK) (see section 6 for details).
3.4 The entry period runs from 00:00 (UK Time) on 1st December 2025 to 23:59 (UK Time) 7th December 2025.
4 How to Enter
4.1 There is one route of entry into this prize draw by following all the steps below:
4.1.1 Vote for the Miniature of the Year (using the form linked to from the Warhammer Community website https://warhammer-community.com); and
4.1.2 In the voting form, enter your email address into the box provided to both enter the prize draw and sign up for the mailing list (if you are already signed up for the mailing list you must still enter your email into this form to be entered into the prize draw).
Entries must be received by 23:59 (UK Time) 7th December 2025.
4.2 Cancelling a subscription to the newsletter before the close of the prize draw will result in being removed from the draw.
4.3 Only one entry per person. An entrant may only enter through the entry route above. Entrants identified as having submitted multiple successful entries in contravention of these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
4.4 GW is not responsible for any technical difficulties rendering a person unable to enter the competition.
5 The Prize Draw
5.1 All entrants will be entered into one prize draw.
5.2 The prize draw will all take place at Games Workshop, Willow Road, Nottingham NG7 2WS at 10 a.m. (UK Time) on 9th December 2025. The draw will be made by computerised random selection. The chance of winning depends upon the number of entrants.
6 Prize Details
6.1 There will be fifty-one (51) winners in total.
6.2 Fifty (50) winners will receive both miniatures voted as the Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer Age of Sigmar Miniature of the Year (prizes will therefore vary depending on the outcome of the public vote).
6.3 One (1) winner will receive both miniatures voted as the Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer Age of Sigmar Miniatures of the Year, plus a grand prize of a trip to Warhammer World (Willow Road, Nottingham, England, NG7 2WS). The trip will be on a date of your choice, during Warhammer World’s normal business opening hours. Prize includes, for the winner and +1 person, entry to Warhammer World and the Exhibition Centre, accommodation in a standard room, reasonable travel expenses, including flights if necessary (standard or economy class) and a reasonable meal allowance set by GW to cover any meals on the trip which are not otherwise provided. Expenses outside those expressly set out above are not covered by GW. GW may offer to cover further expenses in its sole discretion. Winners outside the UK must have a valid passport and be eligible for international travel at the time of the trip.
6.4 The prize pool is variable depending on which miniatures are voted as the Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer Age of Sigmar Miniatures of the Year Miniatures of the Year. The approximate retail value of the prize pool for the miniatures is GBP: £2,346-£10,761; EUR: €3,009-€13,770; USD: $3,570-$17,850; AUD: $6,120-$30,090. This value excludes delivery and sales tax, where applicable. Further to this, the Warhammer World Trip value is variable depending where in the world the winner is and where they will be flying from. We have therefore allotted an approximate maximum value the the Warhammer World Trip of GBP: £5,000; EUR: €5,800; USD: $6,300; AUD: $9,600. Please note the value will be significantly lower if the winner lives closer to Warhammer World.
6.5 Prizes are not transferable or negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered. Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
6.6 Entrants are responsible for any applicable taxes and compliance with tax laws in the area of receipt the prize.
7 Notification
7.1 The winners will be contacted by email from competitions@gwplc.com on or before 30th December 2025.
7.2 Winners will also be announced in an article on the Warhammer Community website on 30th December 2025.
7.3 The winners will be contacted via the email address used to sign up to the mailing list.
7.4 Winner must claim their prize by responding to GW’s email and must provide their delivery address. If any prize has not been claimed within one (1) month of being emailed to notify them they have a prize to claim then a redraw will be held for the remaining prize(s).
8 Redraw Process
8.1 A redraw, if applicable, will take place at Games Workshop, Willow Road, Nottingham NG7 2WS at 10 a.m. (UK Time) on 2nd February 2026. The redraw will be made by computerised random selection.
8.2 The winner of the redraw will be notified as stipulated under clauses 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3. The winner of the redraw must claim their prize within one (1) month of being emailed to notify them they have a prize to claim. If any remaining prizes have not been claimed by this date, then the opportunity to win these prizes will be lost and the prize draw will be finished.
9 Publication
9.1 Entrants agree that GW can use their name and place of residence (in the format of initial-surname-state/region-country, e.g. J Bloggs from Nottinghamshire, England) for advertising and promotional purposes and for the purposes of fulfilling legal obligations. Some territories require that GW disclose the names of competition winners on request. If you do not wish your name and/or place of residence to be published or made available, or you wish to reduce the amount of information published or made available, please inform GW at the time you submit your entry.
9.2 Entrants from Australia will be displayed as last name, first initial and postcode (e.g. J Bloggs from NG7 2WS) in accordance with Australian law.
9.3 Clause 9.1 will not apply to entrants from Germany. Specific consent will be sought from entrants from Germany to display this information, and the information will only be displayed publicly where the express consent has been provided by the Entrant. When you submit your entry, you can choose to provide your express consent for GW to publish your information in line with clause 9.1.
9.4 Details of the winners will be published on https://www.warhammer-community.com.
10 General
10.1 GW reserves the right to vary any of these Terms and Conditions without notice, to the extent permissible by applicable laws. In such event GW will make reasonable efforts to communicate any change with entrants.
10.2 These rules are governed by the laws of England and any dispute relating to the promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Entry indicates acceptance of the rules as final and legally binding.
10.3 This Prize Draw is subject to applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
10.4 If any provision or part-provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of this agreement.
10.5 Where the Promotion involves a third party website, please check that website’s own terms and conditions and privacy notice.
11 Social Media Platforms
11.1 In accordance with requirements of third party social media platforms, the entrants agree to fully release and hold harmless from liability the third party social media platform operators (including but not limited to META (Facebook), X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram) in relation to this GW promotion.
11.2 Promotions on social media are subject to the social media site’s rules. If an entrant breaks any applicable rules set by social media sites then that entrant’s entry into the Promotion will be void.
11.3 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta or any other social media platform provider.
12 Data Protection
12.1 Any personal data provided to us in connection with this competition will be held and processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice. We may also use that data for administration of, and communication in connection with, this competition. By submitting your personal information in connection with this competition you acknowledge the processing of your personal data as set out above and you confirm that the information is accurate and complete.
13 Customer Disclosure – US
13.1 No Purchase of any kind is necessary to enter or win this Prize Draw. You have not yet won. Purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Grand Prize: one winner receives a bundle of both Miniatures of the Year plus a trip to Warhammer World; fifty winners receive a bundle of both Miniatures of the Year (see section 6). There are fifty-one (51) prize bundles available in the Prize Draw. Total prize pool is variable depending on which miniatures are voted Miniature of the Year and what travel expenses are required by the Grand Prize winner, estimated total MAXIMUM prize pool (ARV)$24,150USD. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Entries must be received by 23:59 (UK Time) 7th December 2025.
