Today is Talisman Day, an opportunity to celebrate the legendary fantasy board game which first launched way back on the 5th of November 1983 at Games Day UK. Since that fateful day, people around the world have played Talisman in many different forms – ranging from the ever popular board game and video games, through to Talisman: Digital 5th Edition which launched last year.

Our friends over at Avalon Hill are marking the occasion with the release of Talisman Nemesis: Call of the Hunt, an expansion pack which adds fresh creatures, storyline, and components to the board game. This pack also introduces 1-vs-many game mechanics, where one player is the Nemesis who controls the adversaries and villains throughout the game. All of the other players are the heroes, who must answer the call of the hunt and work together to take down the Nemesis!
