It’s the biggest Space Marine vehicle ever made in plastic, and it’s on its way. Today’s Horus Heresy preview didn’t just unveil the stunning new Saturnine boxed set and dozens of new Legiones Astartes, we also saw the Legion Fellblade Super-Heavy Battle Tank.
This devastating war machine has been around as a Forge World resin kit for longer than a decade… but until now having one in plastic has only been a dream!
A Fellblade is the fondest wish of many a Legion commander. Upwards of 300 tonnes of armoured fury, driven by an atomantic plasma powerplant, and girded with a reinforced metaplas chassis, the Fellblade really is a cut above comparable armour of the Imperial army.
It boasts a turret-mounted accelerator cannon, a gun powerful enough to make Titans pause. And that’s before you reckon upon the demolisher cannon mounted in its hull, the quad-lascannons (which can be swapped out for laser destroyers or gravis heavy bolter batteries) on its sponsons, and the hull-mounted heavy weapons and optional pintle mounts. It’s basically a battleship with tracks! You even get the option to add crew.
