A big week for events is coming up as the World Championships of Warhammer and Warhammer 40,000 Grand Narrative head to Atlanta in the USA in just seven days’ time for a giant celebration of the international Warhammer community.
Players from across the globe will be converging on the World Championships of Warhammer to roll dice and represent themselves, their local hobby community, and their country on the grandest stage. Many will be meeting their opponents for the first time, while others will relish the chance to catch up with old friends and former opponents – and at the end of the day, they’ll all get to spend the weekend playing some excellent games of Warhammer.
As will the commanders taking part in the Grand Narrative, who assemble on Friday 7th November for the first day of their epic story-driven campaign. The skies of Mordian are ablaze after a mighty Webway rift tore open realspace. With all kinds of powerful warlords looking to take advantage of the chaos, attendees will have to bring their best warriors to survive the coming maelstrom.

But that’s not all the Warhammer Events news for today! Back over at Warhammer World, there are a selection of events inbound for February, which you’ll be able to book soon.
Grab a mate and come to Warhammer World for a weekend of exciting Doubles gameplay in the 41st Millennium, putting your cooperative skills to the test in a fun and laid-back tournament. Both players each form a 1,000 point Incursion army to fight alongside one another for five action-packed games played across two days, with lunch included and free entry into the awesome Exhibition Hall. Awards will be given for painting, game performance, and sporting conduct.
This event takes place on Saturday the 7th and Sunday 8th of February.
Assemble your team and head to Warhammer World for a weekday bonanza of spec ops warfare spread across three games of Kill Team. You’ll need to hand-pick your finest operatives and brush up on your close quarters tactics to scoop up awards for game performance, while the best painted kill teams and most sportsmanlike players will also go home with their awards.
This event takes place on February the 5th.
Put together a 500-point army for three Matched Play bouts of the Middle-earth™ Strategy Battle Game in one fantastic day spent with like-minded hobbyists of all stripes, from complete beginners to grizzled veterans. Awards will be handed out for game performance, painting, and sporting conduct.
This event takes place on February the 11th.
