Prize Draw Terms:

1. The Promoter

1.1 The Promoter is Games Workshop Limited of Willow Road, Lenton, Nottingham, NG7 2WS, UK, +44 (0)115 914 0000 (“GW”).
1.2 Games Workshop Limited Australian Business Number: 51 060 811 538.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be 18 years of age or older to enter the prize draw.
2.2The prize draw is open to residents worldwide, excluding the US states of New York and Florida; the Australian territories of New South Wales, Northern Territory and South Australia; Italy, Russia, Belarus, Turkey, Taiwan, Albania, Serbia and China. This competition is void where prohibited by law.
2.3 Entries from trade accounts or employees of any of the Games Workshop group of companies, their families, agents or any other person connected with the administration of the competition will not be considered.

3. The Competition

3.1 NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PRIZE DRAW.
3.2 Entry is free and open to all those who meet GW’s eligibility requirements and who satisfy the requirements detailed below.
3.3 Five (5) winners will be drawn from the prize draw. The winner will receive one Warhammer Digital Code prize bundle (see section 6 for details).
3.4 The entry period runs from 17:00 (UK Time) on 14th November 2025 to 23:59 (UK Time) 30th November 2025.

4. How to Enter

4.1 There is one route of entry into this prize draw:
- 4.1.1 Have a free My Warhammer account: (https://www.mywarhammer.com/); and
- 4.1.2 Sign in to the Best Coast Pairings website (https://www.bestcoastpairings.com/) or app (available on Google Play or the Apple appstore) using your MyWarhammer account to be automatically entered into the prize draw. There will be a “Continue with My Warhammer” button which you will need to use when you go to sign up for an account.
4.2 If you already have a BCP account not linked to a My Warhammer account, you can link it to a My Warhammer account to be entered.
Best Coast Pairings (“BCP”) is a third party website operated and controlled by Best Coast Pairings LLC. GW does not control the BCP website. BCP accounts are subject to the BCP terms and privacy notice provided to you when opening an account.
4.3 Entries must be received by 23:59 (UK Time) 30th November 2025.
4.4 Only one entry per person. An entrant may only enter through the entry route above. Entrants identified as having submitted multiple successful entries in contravention of these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
4.5 GW is not responsible for any technical difficulties rendering a person unable to enter the competition.

5. The Prize Draw

5.1 All entrants will be entered into one prize draw.
5.2 The prize draw will all take place at Games Workshop, Willow Road, Nottingham NG7 2WS at 10 a.m. (UK Time) on 15th December 2025. The draw will be made by computerised random selection. The chance of winning depends upon the number of entrants.

6. Prize Details

6.1 There will be five (5) winners, each winner will receive one (1) Warhammer Digital Code prize bundle (see appendix below for contents).
6.2 The digital codes unlock content in the official Warhammer 40,000 and Age of Sigmar apps operated by GW. The apps are required to use the content and can be downloaded and used for free from the Google Play or Apple appstore. Subscription options for the apps are available but not mandatory to use the digital code content.
6.3 The approximate retail value of the prize pool is GBP £7,410; EUR €9,750; USD $11,700; AUD $20,280. This value excludes delivery and sales tax, where applicable.
6.4 The digital codes will be redeemable on the official GW apps until the corresponding Codex or Battletome is replaced by a new version.
6.5 Prizes are not transferable or negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered. Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
6.6 Entrants are responsible for any applicable taxes and compliance with tax laws in the area of receipt the prize.

7. Notification

7.1 The winner will be contacted by email from competitions@gwplc.com within three (3) UK working days of their name being drawn.
7.2 The winners will be contacted via the email address used to sign up to MyWarhammer.
7.3 Winners must claim their prize by responding to GW’s email and must provide their delivery address. If any prize has not been claimed within one (1) month of being emailed to notify them they have a prize to claim then a redraw will be held for the remaining prize(s).

8. Redraw Process

8.1 A redraw, if applicable, will take place at Games Workshop, Willow Road, Nottingham NG7 2WS at 10 a.m. (UK Time) on 16^th January 2026. The redraw will be made by computerised random selection.
8.2 The winner of the redraw will be notified as stipulated under clauses 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3. The winner of the redraw must claim their prize within one (1) month of being emailed to notify them they have a prize to claim. If any remaining prizes have not been claimed by this date, then the opportunity to win these prizes will be lost and the prize draw will be finished.

9. Publication

9.1 Entrants agree that GW can use their name and place of residence (in the format of initial-surname-state/region-country, e.g. J Bloggs from Nottinghamshire, England) for advertising and promotional purposes and for the purposes of fulfilling legal obligations. Some territories require that GW disclose the names of competition winners on request. If you do not wish your name and/or place of residence to be published or made available, or you wish to reduce the amount of information published or made available, please inform GW at the time you submit your entry.
9.2 Entrants from Australia will be displayed as last name, first initial and postcode (e.g. J Bloggs from NG7 2WS) in accordance with Australian law.
9.3 Clause 9.1 will not apply to entrants from Germany. Specific consent will be sought from entrants from Germany to display this information, and the information will only be displayed publicly where the express consent has been provided by the Entrant. When you submit your entry, you can choose to provide your express consent for GW to publish your information in line with clause 9.1.
9.4 Details of the winners will be published on https://www.warhammer-community.com once all prizes have been claimed.

10. General

10.1 GW reserves the right to vary any of these Terms and Conditions without notice, to the extent permissible by applicable laws. In such event GW will make reasonable efforts to communicate any change with entrants.
10.2 These rules are governed by the laws of England and any dispute relating to the promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Entry indicates acceptance of the rules as final and legally binding.
10.3 This Prize Draw is subject to applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
10.4 If any provision or part-provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of this agreement.
10.5 Where the Promotion involves a third party website, please check that website’s own terms and conditions and privacy notice.

11. Social Media Platforms

11.1 In accordance with requirements of third party social media platforms, the entrants agree to fully release and hold harmless from liability the third party social media platform operators (including but not limited to META (Facebook), X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram) in relation to this GW promotion.
11.2 Promotions on social media are subject to the social media site’s rules. If an entrant breaks any applicable rules set by social media sites then that entrant’s entry into the Promotion will be void.
11.3 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta or any other social media platform provider.

12. Data Protection

12.1 Any personal data provided to us in connection with this competition will be held and processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice. We may also use that data for administration of, and communication in connection with, this competition. By submitting your personal information in connection with this competition you acknowledge the processing of your personal data as set out above and you confirm that the information is accurate and complete.

13. Customer Disclosure – US

13.1 No Purchase of any kind is necessary to enter or win this Prize Draw. You have not yet won. Purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Grand Prize: a Warhammer Digital Code prize bundle (see section 6). There are five (5) prize bundles available in the Prize Draw. Total prize pool (ARV)$11,700 USD. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Entries must be received by 23:59 (UK Time) 30th November 2025.
