Sigmar’s Toll is a brand-new animation on its way to Warhammer+, from the teams that brought you Pariah Nexus and The Tithes. This is the first Warhammer Age of Sigmar series presented in a realistic animated style – the Mortal Realms as you’ve never seen them before, in all their dark glory.
The story revolves around the key narrative of the current timeline – the emergence of the Skaven and the inexorable degradation of the Stormcast Eternals. It’s essential viewing for Age of Sigmar fans.
The character we saw in the trailer will be familiar to those with a copy of the novel Skaventide from last year: he is a Knight-Questor of the Hallowed Knights named Leodus. Knight-Questors are gifted (or cursed) with visions from Sigmar himself, and charged to set off on quests to see the God-King’s will enacted. And with the power of Chaos rising across the realms, there are no shortage of quests.
Sigmar’s Toll is a three-part series set to land in September. It will be available to watch on Warhammer TV exclusively for Warhammer+ subscribers.
