While we patiently wait for the first episode of Kill Lupercal, there are three new episodes of other brilliant shows available to subscribers this week. Scribes and Scriveners returns, and in the hotseat this week is author Robbie MacNiven. As you might expect, he’s chatting about his experience writing about the most cold-blooded of Space Marine chapters – the silent hunters known as the Carcharodons.
He also explains his writing process, and why he’s become so enamoured with such a divergent Chapter – perfect timing given the recent announcement of a third instalment in his series about these deep space hunters.
With Scourge of Ghyran in full swing, the Battle Report team have felt the pull of the Mortal Realms. Glutos Orscollion is leading a carnival of Hedonites – who look awfully familiar – into a deadly swamp in Ghur to gather a crop of ingredients for a legendary recipe, but Gobsprakk and his Kruleboyz have other ideas, which mostly seem to involve stabbing.
Finally, on Armies of Renown, Ed is interviewing Ben from the Warhammer Design Studio about his many Warhammer Age of Sigmar armies, which are notorious for gigantic beasties and ambitious conversions. If you’ve ever felt the fatigue setting in when painting an army, Ben’s got plenty of advice on how to keep that creativity burning across multiple projects.
