The New Warhammer Community Website is Live!

We know what you’re thinking: “Warhammer Community looks different today. Have you done something with your hair?”

It’s a lot more than that, dear readers, as the venerable Warhammer Community website has arrived into the future with a new look, new features, and all the same great content you know and love. We’ve even pulled our Definitely Real Founder James Workshop out of his superposition to tell you all about it.

So what is there to see and do on this fresh new incarnation? We’ve completely reworked the categorisation system, so now everything is sorted into relevant topics which makes it easier to search and find the content you want to see. There are new sections separated by setting and theme which collect all the relevant articles in the same place – so you can find everything we’ve written about Legions Imperialis in one place, for instance.

And if you’re not quite sure where to go next after you’ve had your fill of a certain topic, we’ll provide interesting follow-up articles and suggested reading at the side of most articles.

There is tons of classic Warhammer Community content on the new site. Better yet, if there’s an interview, a painting tutorial, or any other article that you want to return to, you can save articles to your personal list of favourites – which is accessible from the top of the page.*

Notifications about new articles and announcements now happen within the site itself, so you’ll get an alert if an important new article drops while you’re already reading something else – but not when you’re on a different website.

On top of all that, we’ve made loads of improvements and updates to the back-end system which you’ll never see, but which will make the site load much faster and more smoothly.

Finally, we are also proud to announce that Warhammer Community will be appearing in other languages. We’re kicking things off with a raft of German content, which will be found on a dedicated site. You can flick between regions using the flag in the upper right corner.

Otherwise, it’s business as usual for in-depth rules reveals, miniature showcases, exclusive interviews, and everything else you’ve come to expect from Warhammer Community. Our new front page will be full of things to see and do, so keep coming back regularly to see what’s new in the worlds of Warhammer.

* This Save feature does require the use of cookies to retain your list of favourites, but this means that it’ll work whether you’re logged into a MyWarhammer account or not. Convenient!
